12. The Sacral Center
In this episode, we're diving into the Sacral Center, which is the most powerful motor in the Human Design Bodygraph, fueling life force, vitality, creativity, and sexual energy. The Sacral is what defines the Generator and Manifesting Generator Type by providing consistent and renewable energy to be used in ways that feel satisfying.
Kelsey explores how this major motor operates when defined versus undefined, the role of satisfaction and frustration, and the not-self tendencies that arise when we don’t respect the limits of our energy. This episode is about learning when “enough is enough,” and how to harness the power of the Sacral without burning out.
What's Discussed in this Episode:
- The Sacral as the body’s power source and the only "unconditional" motor
- Defined Sacral: consistent life force energy and consistent cues for when to engage and when energy is complete
- Undefined Sacral: inconsistent life force energy, amplifying Sacral energy without cues for when enough is enough, susceptibility to burnout
- Healthy expressions for defined and undefined Sacral
- Not-self tendencies of the undefined Sacral: not knowing when enough is enough
- How conditioning distorts the use of Sacral energy
- The Sacral’s connection to other centers in the Bodygraph (Root, Spleen, Solar Plexus, G-Center)

We're conditioned to believe that we have to start and force and initiate everything in our lives and sustain it. And that is not the case. It's huge for generators to understand that you are not manifestors. You're not here to initiate. You're here to respond. And it's huge for non-sacrals to understand that we are not generators. We do not have consistent access to life force energy. 70 % of the planet, roughly, are generators. And so we have an entire world and society, workplaces, etc., that are completely designed for the generator access to consistent energy. And we have been raised, conditioned, taught, groomed to fit into that. And as non-sacrals, we won't be able to without disregarding the needs of our own bodies and making ourselves ill and burning out.

Welcome to the Living Your Design Podcast. I'm your experimentor, Kelsey Rose Tortorice. This podcast is an audio only release of the full length, in depth Human Design Foundations course I've been teaching over the last several years. It is a no bullshit, comprehensive, embodied introduction to the human design system that will challenge your ego mind and support you in your process of reuniting with the unique wisdom of your body. In episode one, I speak a bit about the process that led me to releasing this course for free in podcast form, and I offer a few notes that might be useful to contextualize and clarify what you'll hear in this episode and beyond. I recommend giving that short intro episode a listen if you haven't yet. The L.Y.D. podcast is part of a larger, living body of work, a growing archive of my teachings about consciousness through the languages of astrology and human design, hosted in an online community space where I stay in orbit with my students, mentees, alumni, peers, and collaborators. For more information about how to connect with me and tune into my archives and ongoing live teachings, including how to access the original LID course complete with videos and slides, stay tuned to the podcast or check out patreon.com/KelseyRosetort. Thank you for tuning into my transmission of Living Your Design. It's a deeply personal and somewhat vulnerable share that I feel honored, humbled, and excited to release into the world. I hope that it helps you remember and come home to yourself.

The Sacral Center, our primary motor center, the strongest and most powerful engine in the body graph and the only consistent source of power, fuel, energy. The Sacral Center is the source of vitality, of creative life force, and of sexual energy. And it is the only consistent motor, the only consistent provider of fuel, and it is what makes a person available for life, available to engage with life, specifically with the outside world and how life comes to it from the outside. It's the power source of the body. We talked about how I think of the root center as like the ignition. It's that pressure to begin, the impetus to begin the fuel in the body. And the root leads to three different places. It can go to the solar plexus, the sacral, or the spleen.
03:11
In the case of the channels that connect the route to the sacral, we're looking at this process of the engine getting turned on and then staying on. The sacral is the only center that can keep the body moving or powered on if not moving. For people with a defined center, as has already been noted multiple times, you are a generator. Anyone with a defined sacral center is a generator and that includes manifesting generators who are a type of generator.
03:40
A defined sacral gives you access to consistent life force energy that wants to be expended in ways that feel good. So sacral beings, your body naturally wants to use this abundance of energy that is offered to you. For the generator, it's not going to feel good or satisfying to remain very still most of the time.
04:03
The generator wants to be moving, it wants to be available for life, it wants to be using the energy that it has access to. Otherwise that energy gets pent up, goes stale, feels heavy, leads to frustration. However, it's a key to understand that with a defined state girl, that energy only generates and regenerates if it's being used in the ways the body is naturally moving you to use it.
04:30
It's not about where you think you think you think you should be putting your energy, which is always a product of your conditioning and distorted by what comes in through the conditioning in your undefined centers. It's about using this abundance of life force energy in the ways that feel good in your gut that turn you on. Like we're talking about sexual energy here, creative life force energy. How does that life force want to be moved through? How does it light you up? Where does it naturally want to go?
04:59
Having a defined sacral gives you the experience of being sort of revved up and ready to go. I remember my teacher, Amy, described it in a way that always stuck with me, Amy Lee of the Human Design Collective. She talks about sacral beings. She likens it to like the energy or the potential state of a horse in a stall, ready for the race and just waiting for the gunshot to go off. There's like this availability and when it hears the cue, it goes. That's how sacral response works. There's this open aura, energy emanating out of the aura, it's available for whatever's going to draw it in next and it gets the cue and it responds and goes. So there's this consistent availability to life for the generator that is an archetypal and core quality of the generator design and the generator experience, that is not present in the non-sacral types, that consistent availability, that being turned on and available to respond is not a part of the natural way of being for projectors, manifestors, or reflectors. A defined sacral means your body is able to give you cues that you have the energy, where it wants to be directed, and when the energy expenditure is complete. So for generators, It doesn't mean that you literally always have energy, right? It means that you have a, your body has a consistent process of providing you with fuel, showing you through that gut sacral response, the yes, I'm being drawn toward that or the no, where the energy wants to go and letting you know, okay, we're depleted. That's it for now. There is no more energy time to rest.
06:45
The energy regenerates and then you're available again. There's a consistent cycle of energy that shows up for a specific use that feels satisfying and then is used to completion and then needs rest to regenerate. A big piece of this point here is that your body lets you know you have energy, where it wants to be used, where it doesn't want to be used, and gives you a very clear cue when that energy is done being used. There's no more energy, at least not for this anymore. When used in satisfying ways, when used correctly mechanically, the energy is regenerated and sacral beings generators are designed to be available to respond to life and your sacral fuels the response or not. So I think I've mentioned this at some point in unit probably but one or two can't remember when we were just going over the basics of definition versus openness. Openness works in potentiality. There's no duality in openness. We can experience all the potential versions of the functionality of that center, but defined centers work in duality. In most of the centers you can kind of think of, especially in the sacral and the root and the ego, those three motor centers in particular, there's a real strong duality. There's either energy or not.
08:08
There's power for the thing or not. And in the case of the sacral, we're talking about power for life, fuel to be available for life, power to respond or not. The aura for generators pulls life towards you. Your open aura magnetizes things towards it, pulls them in and then wraps around it. It's typically referred to as open and enveloping. Sometimes I think about it as like hugging. The generator aura is going to emanate out and hug anything it comes into contact with because it needs to touch the thing in order to feel if there's a sacral response or not. And so generators don't need to push. They're not here to initiate. If you have a defined sacral, you have this powerful ass engine in your body that is already pulling everything towards you. And all you need to do is respond to what's around you already or not. If you're not getting that, mm, that sacral gut yes to responding.
09:05
The main component of the deconditioning for the generator is to understand that you do not have to initiate. And when you initiate, when you push, when you force, you will always be distracting yourself from what you're meant to be available for. And you will be sort of disassociating from the truth of your sacral response, your strategy, which is the mechanism of your body, of your form and of your aura that can bring you everything you need to live a life of satisfaction. so leaning away from force, from pushing, from initiating and trusting in the waiting process that makes you available for response is really the whole game for the generator, for the sacral being.
09:54
If you have an undefined sacral center, that's the other 30 % of the population, so in the minority, then you are one of these non-sacral types. You are either a projector, a manifester, or reflector. So there's different ways of engaging with your undefined sacral center based on your type's auric functionality, and we'll talk about that when we get to type. But for all three of these non-sacral types, life force for you is inconsistent.
10:24
You do not have access to a generative life force every day. Even when you rest a lot, you may still not have access for energy afterwards. Your energy doesn't regenerate. It doesn't have the potential to regenerate on its own the same way that it does for generators. This is huge. And I hope that any non-sacrals watching this are really listening and taking this in because we are all so deeply conditioned to be generators. And to be fair, we're all really kind of conditioned to be all the types and specifically manifestors and generators. We're conditioned to believe that we have to start and force and initiate everything in our lives and sustain it. And that is not the case. As I just mentioned, it's huge for generators to understand that you are not manifestors. You're not here to initiate. You're here to respond. And it's huge for nonsacrals to understand that we are not generators.
11:20
We do not have consistent access to life force energy. 70 % of the planet, roughly, are generators. And so we have an entire world and society, workplaces, et cetera, that are completely designed for the generator access to consistent energy. And we have been raised, conditioned, taught, groomed to fit into that. And as non-sacrals, we won't be able to without disregarding the needs of our own bodies and making ourselves ill and burning out.
11:50
Undefined sacral can borrow and amplify sacral energy from others as well as from transits. Remember, conditioning is neutral. It can be aligned or it cannot be aligned, but strategy and authority are what is going to help us navigate when it is actually correct for us to take in that outside sacral life force, whether it's coming from a transit or a person and ride it, you know, and really like, it feels like getting drunk is what I've decided or not decided, but experienced. There's like a real juicy buzz that comes from the amplification of sacral energy. When we're near a sacral or when our sacral is defined by the transits as a non-sacral, it's actually, kind of misspoke a moment ago when I said choose whether to take in. We can't really choose whether we're taking in sacral energy or not, no choice, right? But we can continuously surrender to the body's knowledge through strategy and authority in the case of interpersonal conditioning from a sacral, trusting when our body actually needs to pull away from sacral energy so that it can recalibrate to its non-sacral nature rather than just be kind of stuck in the on position is what can happen for non-sacrals where we're taking in that buzz, that juicy life force, but we don't get the cue like sacrals do that we're tired. So we'll just go, go, go.
13:12
So learning to feel into our own bodies energy rhythms or energy access is so important because the norm for most non-sacral finding human design is just like feeling that sacral buzz and pushing it and pushing it and pushing it because we live in this generator world. But when it's transits, we can't really pull away, right? We can't pull away from if the moon is activating my sacral. I can't stop that from happening. I can't go rest alone in my room and the sacral definition be gone. But what can happen is I can understand that, okay, it's a sacrally defined day or a sacrally defined month and understand that I'm going to feel like I've got access to juice consistently, but that's not my own body's wisdom. So there's still a need for strategy and authority in navigating the rhythm and the usage of my energy, even though in the transit field I might have access to a lot of energy.
14:09
To really hammer it home, undefined, sacred, you are not designed for regular or consistent expenditure of energy. And this one's really important and was huge for me. Your body does not experience satisfaction at the expenditure of energy, nor does it cue you when you're done expending energy. A lot of times what happens for non-sacred girls is we have this feeling of like chasing satisfaction or even just chasing the idea of completion. We think that if we just keep going, if we just do a little more, if we just finish this thing or use all our energy, then eventually we'll feel good. We'll have this sense of like, ah, now I can unplug and relax. But the center responsible for cueing the body, oh, time to rest and regenerate rather than use energy, is not present consistently in the non-sacral body. And so instead of getting that cue, we just get stuck in the on position, our minds convincing us to keep going and keep going and keep going and we don't
ever know when enough is enough. Our body doesn't tell us when enough is enough. And so it's so easy for our life force, which is something that comes in in a fluctuating basis and is getting amplified, remember, so it feels very intense when we're amplifying it. We feel very buzzed up and electrified. There's the potential for that to override the system of our actual body. We don't get the cue to stop and we don't experience satisfaction when we complete because we don't complete. None of the other types are here for sustainable energy use or completion in any kind. Just to clarify, what happens when non-sacrals are amplifying this sacral life force juice and beginning to identify with it and fixate on it rather than understanding with awareness that it's a temporary thing and that just because it's there doesn't mean we should keep going, is we can get stuck in this on position, waiting for the cue that we're done and we'll just go way beyond the point of depletion, way beyond the point of exhaustion. And because we have undefined sacral, it's not like one night sleep can correct that for us the way that it can for generators. So it's very common for non-sacral, especially around the Saturn return, when the body stops being able to go along with things that were incorrect for it mechanically, for non-sacral to experience a pretty long period of burnout recovery if and when they finally surrender to the limitation of their energy expenditure and access to energy. Because response is a mechanism of the state goal, waiting to respond or being in response is the natural state for the generator or a type. For all the other or types for the undefined state goal, response mode will likely be very exhausting for you. Based on your type, the way you interface with the sacral energy and the way you interface with life force from the outside world is going to be different. Projectors and reflectors might have a bit more capacity for coming in and out of that sacral energy than manifestors do, which is why manifestors have a closed aura to protect us from that outside life force energy a little bit more. However, regardless of what aura type you are, if you are non-sacral, you do not have consistent access to energy for response.
17:30
You are not consistently available for life, specifically for life force coming to you from the outside world. There are very specific circumstances. I guess I'm speaking a little more to the projector here for when it will be correct for the projector to take in that outside life force. And it's the strategy of waiting for aligned invitations and using your authority to filter the correct invitations to accept that will put a projector in a position to engage with that outside world according to the availability that's correct for them. The level of like being out in the world and being in a response mode with the people in your life and with all of the things that we are meant to condition to be able to handle is very exhausting and typically out of the realm of possibility for the non-sacral type. A little example for how I've seen this show up for me. And this is manifest or specific, but perhaps there are, I imagine there's elements in this that reflectors and projectors will resonate with. If I have like a task that needs to be done, like right now I've been for months at this point, I've had this task on my to-do list of going to the dealership where I bought my used car because I need a couple of service updates and one part replaced. And also something like my bird needed medicine. And so I had to like, go to the vet, hear back from them. Anyways, my point is what I can do, what can be an alignment for me is just to know I've got this thing that needs to be done and trust that my body, especially with a defined route, will initiate taking care of it in the timing that's correct. And I don't have to think about it all the time. I can just know that my body will lead me to starting this thing when it's time.
19:20
However, something I've noticed in these last few weeks as I've been tending to these tasks is that when that moment comes, I'm more than happy to initiate, to bring my bird to the vet, to call or email the car dealership. But what I keep noticing is happening is in both of these instances, these examples that I'm bringing up, there has been so much response needed. I didn't get enough info from the vet when they first told me about the medicine. So I had to call back and I had to get put on hold and I kept having to repeat what the problem was and what my questions were. And so there was all this response and I was getting very angry because I didn't have the energy to sustain this back and forth. I only had the energy to initiate the process. Same thing with the dealership. Ideally, it would have been I call, I get my question answered, I make the appointment, but I kept getting put on hold and eventually I got the call loss and nobody ever confirmed the appointment I tried to make. So there's all these like steps of response that my body is not giving me energy for. And again, that's very manifest or specific because I had energy to initiate the task, which isn't going to necessarily be the shape of how this unavailability for response works for projectors and reflectors. But I just like to point it out because response mode is so expected in our world, including relationally, including in terms of familial and social norms. The not self world expects all of us non-sacrals to be available for everyday, regular, back and forth communication and response and hanging out and experiencing life and we're just not. So getting into that a bit more and getting into both the healthy and not self states of the defined and undefined sacral, let's take a look at this table. So coming back to generators, the defined sacral. In a healthy state, the Defined Sacred Role enjoys being busy doing what feels good. My partner is a generator. We both used to be teachers. We both used to be full-time music teachers, and we both left those jobs around the same time a handful of years ago. And in the last three years, he's gone back to teaching. And that was around, you know, the beginning of my human design journey. And so it was interesting for me to watch him go back to teaching and kind of project my own experience, which was I could never, I could never show up in that way and use that much energy every day and do the same thing or the relatively same thing every day. It would literally kill me. And yet I watched him, this generator just like gradually over time, he became more energized through doing this work that he loves. He becomes more energized and more satisfied when he makes sure that he is also going to the gym regularly on top of his job, taking on these other music gigs on top of his job that he enjoys, doing his 30 minutes of creative music making at home every day on top of everything else, doing his 30 minutes of like chores and cleaning most days on top of everything else. Like it's been for both of us, it's been kind of wild to watch it actually be true for him that keeping busy, doing what feels good, using the energy when it's available, which is if a generator is in a healthy state, there is energy available most of the time, most of the waking time. Using that energy on what feels good is what activates the regenerative property for the generator. Generators can get really sluggish when they're not using that energy. So it's almost like, I mean, I imagine to some extent my own deconditioning as a non-sacral, even before I realized what that meant before I was into human design, but just my having hit burnout and trying to come back from that conditioned him, right? And so it's been very interesting to observe my process of surrendering more and more to rest as a default state and watch him coming back to like, busyness is what feels good when it's a busyness that feels good. So a defined sacral has healthy ways to burn sacral energy. It might be working out. It might be going out.
23:33
It might be literally anything, healthy ways to burn sacral energy. It is said that sacral beings should not try to go to bed before they've used up all their energy. So for anybody who has generator kids, it's something to think about. Like they literally need to burn through their energy before they go to bed. They won't be able to fall asleep otherwise. A healthy defined sacral trusts life to show them the way and waits patiently to respond.
24:03
So if there's energy and your mind is saying that energy should be used for something it deems productive or responsible, but you don't know what that is, like for example, I should have a new job, I should be looking for a new job, looking for new ways to make money, whatever it is, doing more chores. It's very easy for the mind to try to force that sacral energy in a direction that it doesn't actually wanna go to, which often happens through initiation because of what the mind is saying should be done. But a healthy defined sacral trusts that I don't need to initiate anything from my mind or from any other center. Life is going to be pulled towards me through my open and enveloping aura. And it's gonna show me through this gut sacral response where the energy wants to go. So oftentimes that can look like just pausing, waiting, looking around and seeing like life will come to you.
25:02
Something will happen that you will feel, mm, that's where I want to go. So there's a lot of trust in the defined, the healthy defined sacral being that everything you need is coming your way and all you need to do is wait and be available to respond to it. A healthy defined sacral is satisfied with their work. They enjoy what they do. It feels good to expend energy on the work that they do. The healthy defined sacral follows that gut response to know when to say yes and no as well as when to sustain versus when to let go. And a healthy defined sacral is self-absorbed and self-centering. There is a quality of having a defined sacral of like, you are the life force. Like, Budway, my partner, is the life force in our house. He is the consistent life force in our relationship and in our house. That doesn't mean that I can depend on him to do everything because he from an ego-mind perspective is not actually even in control of what his life force wants to be used towards or not. So it's important for my partner and for all generators to allow themselves to have a healthy level of self-absorption and self-centering so that they don't try and it will always fail, it will always lead to frustration, but so that they don't try to sustain energy uses that don't actually feel good or to force and negotiate that life force in a direction that it's not able to go. Remember, defined centers are fixed. They can't be negotiated with. They're fixed in how they operate. There's a phrase that generators are here to know themselves. We'll talk about the other ones when we get to type. Projectors are here to know the others. Manifestors are here to know their impact. And I think I made one up for reflectors because I never heard one for reflectors. Apologies, I can't think of it at this moment, but it's in my slides for when we get to type.
26:55
Generators are naturally a very self-involved type because they're here to know what my life force wants to be used towards. And I'm not necessarily talking about in a big way, so undefined Gs in this space. Don't worry, I'm not saying you need to know what your life force is always meant to be used, your direction in life and how you identify or what you love. We're talking about gut, embodied energy. We're not talking about awareness. So it's not necessarily about knowing this is who I am. This is what I'm aware of about my life. It's about knowing your gut in your gut, in your body on a moment to moment basis. How does that energy want to be used? What feels satisfying, joyful to you? In a not self state, a defined sacral is going to get distorted. A person's going to try to negotiate with their non-negotiable fixed life force source because of interference from the conditioning, the not-self mind, and their other open centers. The mind will try to distort the direction and process of the sacral energy expenditure. Often that looks like initiating rather than responding, which we've already talked a bit about. A not-self state defined sacral will not enjoy the work that they do. They will work for money or status rather than satisfaction often because of the mind, whether defined or undefined, listening to that rather than listening to the sacral yes or no. An undefined ego especially can really try to prove their status or prove their value rather than work and expend energy according to that life force in the gut. A not self-state defined sacral can overwork beyond energetic depletion. So satisfaction happens, it's time to rest, but they keep trying to go, especially potentially kind of getting into the next one, gives away energy and poor boundaries. So think about like, and I know we haven't gone over the center yet, but think about like, oh, we have gone over the route. Let's do that. Think about an undefined route generator. They're amplifying all this pressure and they think they need to handle all these stresses and pressures when they don't actually have the fuel to do so. So that's giving away energy. That's poor boundaries and as well as all of these other items here, it's going to fill the generator with frustration. A healthy defined sacral is satisfied, an unhealthy defined sacral or a sacral in the not self state is filled with frustration. For undefined sacral, the default state is relaxed. We can't enjoy being busy doing what feels good as undefined sacral. We are relaxed doing what feels good, is I guess how we can think about it.
29:45
An undefined sacral watches and learns about the mysteries of life. We're talking about the source of life energy in the undefined sacral. And remember where we're undefined, we have the potential to become very wise because we're learning about how that function, how that center functions and operates, what the experiences of that center are in the human experience. And so with the sacral, we're talking about a really big one, undefined sacral, projectors, manifestors, and reflectors. We are here to become wise about life, about the source of life force energy, the mysteries of life. The healthy undefined sacral follows strategy and authority to manage inconsistent energy. Again, it's not wrong for us to like use a lot of energy maybe on days where we're sacrally defined, but If it's correct for that to be the case, then the strategy and authority will corroborate that. The presence of amplified sacral juice on its own is not an indication that the non-sacral person should keep going. For the undefined sacral, the work that we do is often specialized, happening in short periods. According to invitations, if you're a projector, urges, if you're a manifestor, initiations, if you're a reflector, the non-sacral will learn about, guide, impact, reflect energy, learn about all of us, guide, projectors, impacts, manifestors, reflects, reflectors, energy in these short spurts, these specialized ways. The healthy undefined sacral knows to pull away from work and people and doing before signs of exhaustion because we're not going to get that cue that we're done the way that a defined sacral will. And so we have to learn to pull away before the point of exhaustion, because once the non-sacral gets exhaustion, now we're in the red and there will be a recovery period. So like I said, the defined sacral has to burn their energy before going to bed. It is said that undefined sacral should start to wind down well before they actually feel really tired, because our bodies aren't queuing us that we're done. We just have to know it and pull away from the energy or the expenditure of energy ahead of time so that we don't reach that burnout.
32:04
An undefined sacral in a not self state does not accept the energetic limitations of the form, thinks they are sick, broken, or lazy, if not able to keep up with the generator world. An undefined sacral can become addicted to work, sex, or substances based on the amplification and not knowing when enough is enough of those things. Work and sex because those are the two most common ways that sacral energy is used and burned.
32:30
Oftentimes non-sacrals will get addicted to substances to cope with the limitations of form rather than surrender to and accept them. A not self-undefined sacral will work to the point of burnout. And a not self-undefined sacral is unable to pull away from the buzz of life force energy. There's a resistance to letting go of the high of that juicy buzz that is amplified sacral energy. So coming a little more deeply into the not self-undefined or open sacral, the theme, the not-self theme of the undefined sacral is not knowing when enough is enough. Again, we don't get that cue that we're done the way a defined sacral will. And yet the world is built around going until complete, going until done. The articulation that the mind, the not-self mind will start to take shape of when it's operating from the not-self of the undefined sacral is I don't know when enough is enough.
33:26
So some of the ways you're undefined or open sacral center, not self-voice might sound like are some of the ways you can kind of identify that you're in your sacral conditioning is if I just get this done, then I can rest. If I just finish this task, then I'll be able to rest. Then I'll be able to pull away. Once I finish this, everything will be better. My job situation, my relationship situation, whatever the problem is, if I just finish this thing, if I just take this to completion, then everything will be better. We're chasing satisfaction. Satisfaction's not coming when you have an undefined sacral. One of the first human design influences that I came into is a manifesto named Holly Marie, and she had a podcast episode where she said one time, this just like hit me like a strike of lightning. I don't know if that's a phrase. And I've never forgotten it, that if you have an undefined sacral, you do not have access to the feeling of satisfaction through completion. All the non-sacral types, you will never come to satisfaction. The thing you maybe don't even know you're chasing, even though your mind tries to convince you to keep running in circles until you get there. This fits into the themes for each center. For generators, it's about satisfaction. That's what their form is naturally after and can access when they're in alignment.

For manifestors, projectors, and reflectors, it's not about satisfaction. It's about peace, success, or surprise, respectively. It's not about satisfaction. So we can kind of experience like indirect satisfaction when we're in alignment, but it comes through the pursuit of peace, success, or surprise. It doesn't come through chasing satisfaction. The not self, undefined, sacral voice can sound like, if I don't keep going, I'm a quitter, or if I don't keep going, I'm lazy.

So again, not accepting the limitations of form, trying to fit in and survive in the generator world against the wisdom of your body. Not self-voiced if the undefined sacral can sound like, I just need a little more caffeine to push through. All right, I just need to deal with this burnout for another week or month or four years and then I'll retire. My mom's a manifester. She's been looking forward to retirement my entire life.

And she could retire now and she still isn't. So there's an example of non-sacral stuff, perhaps. I don't want to say no and miss out. So wanting to be available for life, wanting to be available for the juiciness of life, available for response. And I'm not being productive enough. The question to ask yourself to discern whether you might be in a not self-spiral of the sacral center is, do I know when enough is enough? Or my little addition here, am I chasing completion or satisfaction?

Some of our fun little sacral center stats. As discussed, about 70 % of people have the center defined, the majority of the population, and they are all generators. The biological correspondence for the sacral is ovaries and testicles, the reproductive organs. This is the life force center, the source of life force, including sexual energy, creative energy, and the energy that creates life. The sacral can be defined in connection to the root.

And that's impulse pressure that is then sustained through the powerful motor of the sacral. It can be connected to the spleen through the 34 or the 27. And this is fuel that powers our instinctive awareness and the instinctive awareness of what to use fuel on. It can be connected through the 59-6 to the solar plexus. And this is going to be fuel for the emotional process and emotional awareness or through the 34, 5, 14, or 29, the sacral can be defined in connection to the G center. And this is going to be power for my direction, my identity, my sense of self, and my trajectory. A sustainable fuel for my direction, for me to be me. The sacral center has nine gates, and five of those are in fire signs. I thought that was interesting. More than any, there's three in Sagittarius. There's one and a little bit more in Aries, 42 in most of three, and then there's a Leo gate. The rest are in earth and water, so there's no air gates in the sacral. The 14s in Scorpio, the 59s in Virgo, and 27, and the rest of three is in Taurus. Circuitry-wise, we have a pretty proportional split for our collective gates. Three are individual and two are tribal.
